My name is Viri Ulven, owner and master stylist at brava hair studio in Geneva, IL. I have been passionately honing my craft for over 13 years, specializing in cuts, color and styling. I enjoy working with my guests to achieve unique yet sustainable looks that will keep them feeling great from the moment they leave my chair until the next time I see them. Cancellation Policy
Brava Hair Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 20% of the service amount.
Furthermore, if you are running late please text and make me aware. I will try my hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change and a “No-Show” cancellation fee may be applied.
